Admission Process (Step-by-Step)
1. Download and take a print out of the admission form. Fill the form in your own handwriting and scan it.
2. Send this scanned document to the email id: fapsadmission@gmail.com. Passport sized photograph to be fixed in the place mentioned in the application form. Last date for applying is February 28, 2025.
3. A list of candidates selected for the interview will be put up on school website www.fapskolkata.in on March 04, 2025.
4. Candidates who will be selected after the interview can take admission after paying the admission fee within the given timeline.
Admission Guidelines
1. Admission forms are available online and must be filled out accurately and completely.
2. Admissions are granted strictly based on merit and availability of seats.
3. Submission of the admission form does not guarantee admission.
4. Incomplete applications will be rejected without any notice.
5. The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
6. Interaction/interview may be held for Nursery to Class I. Written tests may be conducted for Class II and above.
7. Admission is confirmed only after payment of the admission fee within the stipulated time.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nursery: Children should have completed 3 years as on 31st March of the admission year.
- Preparatory (KG): Minimum age should be 4 years.
- Class I and above:Admission is based on the result of the entrance test and availability of seats.
- Previous school’s Transfer Certificate (TC) is mandatory for Class II and above.
- Admission will be subject to verification of all submitted documents.
Documents Required
- Birth Certificate (attested copy)
- Recent Passport-size Photographs (2 copies)
- Aadhar Card (child and parents – photocopy)
- Address Proof (e.g., electricity bill, rent agreement)
- Transfer Certificate (for Class II and above)
- Report Card/Marksheet of the previous class
- Medical Certificate (for any health conditions)
